I was a little nervous, as is probably apparent. I’m pretty stoked that Chris is going to hand the group over to us! :)

Check out the video here.

  1. Congratulations, and the Central Party of Canada will support this organization. We are a group of Canadians that are concerned about our broken democracy, and are presently in the process of organizing and registering our party. We invite all Canadians to participate, engage our democracy. We intend to run candidate in the next federal election. Joseph Bonnevie a founding member intends to run as a candidate when the Central Party is registered with Elections Canada. We invite comments, suggestions, and participation to help CAPP step up to the next level.

Our web site is presently being updated and we invite Canadians to send us comments, suggestions and questions at http://www.centralparty.ca

Again Congradulations. We will be supporting CAPP in their mission to engage Canadians in PARTICIPATION of our democracy.

I thought you did a great job Justin. It was tough because Evan had it wrong with that CAPP 1 and CAPP 2. I think you handled it well. Great that they showed part of the video too.

I wrote a blog post about the new CAPP

Chris….You inspired this from me! It is still posted until end of March at

Woodview, ON, CAN – Today [January 28th 2010], The Emperor Recalibrated (Part 1 of 6) was posted at http://storywrite.com/story/391460

The Emperor Recalibrated is a modern fable for adults – a retelling of the Hans Christian Anderson classic: “The Emperor’s New Clothes”.

The postings can be found each Tuesday over the next six weeks.

“Political art allows us to suspend reality and to search for understanding and meaning while we are entertained,” said Heather Brooks-Hill. “To play, and play with, facilitates learning through the experience of seeing through a different lens.”

Written by Brooks-Hill, this Emperor fairy tale retold describes the current political arena. Inspired by the original story of arrogance, vanity, fear and naming the truth, this “Recalibrated” Emperor is a modern allegorical tale of roguish behaviour, naivety and the struggle for courage over fear.
