Great, keep up the good work, wish I could attend.
Until the “general public” become more informed and involved our politicians of all stripes are getting a free ride. They must be brought to understand that they answerable to us not their party and the PM must be forced to be answerable to parliament.

“Through continual monitoring of our government’s activities, we strive
to maintain accountability to the people that our government is
elected to represent.”
Agreed. Apathy is the death of liberty and it’s to be fervently hoped that January’s prorogation – clearly undertaken with the intent of cutting the media ‘legs’ out from under the Afghan detainee torture scandal – will wake Canadians up and get them involved in civics again. All walks of life need to be active, or a minority will dominate the house. A feeling of entitlement to dominate the country typically follows thereafter. Civil rights and parliamentary accountability in this nation are under threat. http://statismwatch.ca is an online journal following the issues of accountability, globalization, and the domestic chill on civil rights, and urges everyone to support the CAPP proposal.
I have been following your “Canadians Against Proroguing Parliament” in the news and I’m a big fan. Count on me to be at the general meeting on Friday March 5th at 6:00 pm.
I want to participate and try to get more Canadians involved in our democratic processes. Canadians don’t seem to realize how lucky we are to have a great democratic country but we must take a stand when we feel democracy is being threatened.
The Central Party of Canada will be supporting the mission of CAPP. We believe that Canadians can and will PARTICIPATE in their democracy and be effective in having a MADE IN CANADA democracy, by the citizens of Canada. It is time for reform. It is time that the government and all political parties work together in the best interests of Canadians.
Our democracy is broken, and in danger. Time for action and change.

Excited to have an “organic” local chapter of Capp. Look forward to the meeting and will see you all there , Michael Darnell
I think all political leaders and political parties today are essentially immoral. Its difficult to really feel happy about any of them
